Laptop Assistance & Remote Access Links:
Purpose: This area pertains to laptop support for our site foremen and supervisors who are in possession of company laptops. This guide should be used whenever you are in need of tech support on the laptop for software installations, email problems and/or setup, virus removal, basic maintenance, etc... 
By installing this program, your tech support representative will be allowed to access the screen of your computer and control the device in order to resolve any problems you might be experiencing. 

Link 1 contains the setup file for the program which will need to be installed in order for remote access to be allowed. For assistance with downloading and installing the program, please click on Link 2 and follow the instructions.
